We have a TRIO team in action with Rose, Magaly and Susan passionately fundraising for Michael. The three of them are working really hard to raise money. They are collecting madly each Wednesday night in the community and have buckets and posters in the local shops collecting for the next 12 months! Go Girls!
Hello, I am Kevin, 'Smokey' Dawson's mum. He his driving for Michael and I am very happy he is doing so.
I am keenly reading their updates and sharing them with my friends at aged care home and we are trying not to worry :-)We cannot believe they are doing such a great thing and I am donating $2 a leg, $116.00 in total.

LANGWARRIN PARK PRIMARY SCHOOL $300.00

All the kids at Langy Park are following your efforts. We are having events at the school throughout the year to raise some money to help.
We have an annual walkathon and this year we are turning it into a bush walk with the kids and teachers wearing backpacks and bushy hats etc. It will be fun. Good luck and keep going we are all thinking of you at Langy Park".
St Mary Magdalene School in Chadstone raised $150.76 through a crazy hair day.
It was really a special Friday assembly and thank you for making Marg and Lisa very welcome as they accepted your donation.
King Lake School held a disco and raised $400 for Michael. Thank you!
Holy Cross School is holding a walkathon on the last day of school term. 270 children are taking part in a mock 'Michael bushwalk'.
Watch out for their donation total so far it is just under $1000. Wow! We almost can't wait to hear the news!
Lisieux House from Whitefriars College, in Donvale. A big thank you to Amanda Hourigan, Head of House of Lisieux, at Whitefriars College in Donvale. Amanda and 25 Yr 7students and 2 Yr 12 students raised an impressive donation of $826.00 for Michael at a walkathon.
Thank you Amanda you did a great job organising the event and getting the money to us.
To the parents and friends of the students who certainly donated lots as the boys passionately walked many, many laps, learning about the Australian landmarks Michael is walking through.
AND a big thank you from Lisa for making her so welcome at Lisieux House. It was a great morning and I enjoyed meeting each of you. I am also looking forward to hearing about the movie lesson; free dress day and joining you at the sausage sizzle in Term 3 that you have planned.

We are excited as the President of the Hampton Rovers Footy Club (where Daniel plays), has offered to make it their first fundraiser for 2009.
